Care and Service
These nurses and the rest of the paraprofessional staff aid the doctors in providing the care and services at the hospital. They are committed to excellence and care for our patients as if they were their own.
Blythe, LVT, VTS (Clinical Practice: Canine & Feline)
Blythe joined our practice in April, 2000 after working in emergency medicine since she earned her degree from the Veterinary Technician program at Lone Star College. Blythe also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University in 1997. She earned her advanced certification as a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Canine and Feline Clinical Practice in 2012. She has an interest in critical care medicine and is our lead nurse. Blythe is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America and the Texas Association of Registered Veterinary Technicians. Blythe is also a member of the International Association of Veterinary Pain Management and the Society of Veterinary Behavior Technicians. Blythe also doubles as the Practice Administrator.
Angelica, CVA II
Angelica joined our staff in 2003. She is a veterinary assistant and helps our nursing staff carry out their duties and care for the patients.
Gloria, CVA I
Gloria originally joined our staff in the Bed and Bath. In 2007, she moved to a veterinary assistant position and helps our nursing staff carry out their duties and care for the patients.
Stephanie joined our staff in 2011. She earned her degree from the Veterinary Technician program at Lone Star College in 1999, and has worked in Houston previously before she relocated to Dallas for the last few years before joining our team.
Katie joined our staff in 2015. She earned her degree from a Veterinary Technician program in Minnestoa, and has worked in Minnesota previously before she relocated to Houston and joined our team.
Sarah joined our nursing staff in 2014. She earned her degree from the Veterinary Technician program at the Vet Tech Institute in Houston, and has worked in Houston previously in Equine medicine, research and small animal medicine and surgery before joining our team.
Julie re-joined our nursing staff in 2016. She earned her degree from the Veterinary Technician program at Lone Star College.
Chari joined the hospital staff in 1986. After a brief tour of duty at the world famous Texas Children's Hospital, Chari returned to the Memorial-610 Hospital staff in 1995. She helps with admission and discharge of patients and is our inventory/purchasing manager. Chari is a member of the Texas Association of Registered Veterinary Technicians. Mary is the Head Receptionist at Memorial-610. Prior to joining us in 1995, Mary worked in the Banking industry.
Monica is a Receptionist at Memorial-610.
Stefanie is a receptionist at Memorial-610. Stefanie is back with us in 2016 after working in the education industry for a few years.
Adel is our newest receptionist. She started with us in May 2017 and has experience from another animal hospital in Texas.
